Real Estate Professionals, Agencies and Brokers are welcome to place ads for properties they are offering for sale. However under no circumstances may they claim that such properties are "For Sale By Owner". Moreover such ads must be placed in the appropriate category or they will be deleted without notice.

Ads may not contain profanity or full nudity. Moreover ads shall not promote hate in any form including discimination on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, sex or sexual orientation.

Ads must be maintained with reasonably up to date information at all times, and every effort must be made to assure that the ads are accurate and not misleading.

BanderasBay.com reserves the right to delete any ad if deems to be objectionable with or without notice. Moreover any ad found to be in violation of this User Agreement may be deleted at anytime with or without notice. Fees paid for such ads will be prorated and partial refunds will be made if any after any additional expences encurred by BanderasBay.com are deducted.
